The Austrian rock band Bilderbuch has been active since 2005. They have a clear sound of their own and like to push boundaries, which help them work towards international recognition – and not just in German-language nations.
Even though the quartet started off as a pop/rock band, they are much more than that nowadays. They like to flirt with styles like hip hop, electronic music and punk, which all led to Bilderbuch having a lot of success all across Europe. They have released seven albums so far.
In 2022, Bilderbuch released their most recent album “Gelben is das Feld”, followed a year later by a new EP called “Softpower”. A live performance by this band is akin to a kinetic bomb on stage.
