At our venues Doornroosje and Merleyn we only accept ‘cashless’ payment by card or smartphone at the box office and bar. Merch sales go directly through the artist and payment situation may differ.
At external locations the situation may differ.
Doornroosje has no seats, unless stated otherwise on the event page. but if you cannot stand for te duration of the concert, we can arrange a barstool for you. Please contact us (up to three days in advance) through our contact form. The number of available barstools is limited.
Doornroosje is accessible to wheelchairs. Visitors in wheelchairs are allowed to enter first en can therefore skip the line.
Our bars have no access at reduced height and there is no wheelchair paltform. The wardrobe is wheelchair accessible and there are accessible toilets. At sold out events we can not guarantee an unhindered view of the stage, the best position is left or right in front of the stage (not centre).
At our productions outside Doornroosje conditions may vary. Contact us if you have any doubts.
Doornroosje has a free, guarded, cloakroom, where your bags and valuables are safe. At other venues, the possibilities may vary.
There is no minimum age for our concerts, unless stated otherwise on the relevant event page on our website. Visitors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and are strongly advised to wear hearing protection. A minimum age of 16 years applies for our club nights. We do not sell alcohol and tobacco to visitors under the age of 18.
The event page shows the opening time (for doors and box office) and start time (for the first act or band). Club nights can have a fixed end time, and a time after which no one is allowed in. With concerts the end time is not fixed. When there are multiple acts, we have target times for the start and end of each act, but plans can change for several reasons. That is why we often don’t show detailed schedules.
